THE LIFECYCLE RISK SCAN · YOUR PRIMARY LIFECYCLE RISK

Demand Efficiency Risk

Interest is present. Clarity or confidence may not be.

Your answers point to meaningful interest at the top of the journey, with momentum weakening before purchase. The immediate need is not necessarily more demand. It is getting more value from the demand you already have.

WHAT MAY BE HAPPENING

• The promise that earned attention becomes less clear on the next step.

• Important questions remain unanswered before purchase.

• High-intent customers receive the same generic experience as everyone else.

• Discounts appear before uncertainty or hesitation has been resolved.

Run a Promise-to-Purchase Check.

Choose one product, service, or offer that receives meaningful attention. Read these touchpoints in order: 1 — the message or campaign that creates the initial interest; 2 — the landing page, product page, or offer page; 3 — the first email or text message that follows; 4 — the message sent when someone shows interest but does not purchase. Write down the primary promise made in the first touchpoint. The first place it becomes vague, generic, or disconnected is a practical place to focus.

Look for where momentum goes quiet.

01 — The same pre-purchase questions appear repeatedly. 02 — Strong acquisition promises disappear after the click. 03 — Discounts do the work that clarity or confidence should be doing. 04 — Messaging stays generic at moments of high intent. 05 — A visible friction point has no clear owner.
